During the workshop you will be led through a self assessment of your current environmental capabilities and processes. You will review your organisations performance across ten areas essential to business success: achievement; innovation & new technology; measurement & verification; financial management; operations and maintenance; supply chain management; leadership; understanding; plans and people/stakeholders.
At the end of the workshop you will have 5 – 8 critical environmental actions. These will not only make a positive environmental change, but also critically save you money & ensure your organisation is getting on the front foot as you embark on your very own sustainability challenge.
The session will cater for organizations of all sizes and industry sectors.
Note: The Monthly Tamworth Chamber Members breakfast is being held prior to the workshop also at the All Seasons Tamworth Towers. The breakfast will feature Tony Windsor MP speaking on alternate fuels and renewable energy. This breakfast begins at 7.00am and concludes in time for the workshop.
