The session will feature local Sustainability expert, Mahaltalh Halperin who will lead a hand-on interactive workshop catering for organisations of all sizes and industry sectors.
During the workshop you will be led through a self assessment of your current environmental capabilities and processes. You will review your organisations performance across ten areas essential to business success: achievement; innovation & new technology; measurement & verification; financial management; operations and maintenance; supply chain management; leadership; understanding; plans and people/stakeholders.
At the end of the workshop you will have 5 – 8 critical environmental actions. These will not only make a positive environmental change, but also critically save you money & ensure
your organisation is getting on the front foot as you embark on your very own sustainability challenge.
